Who We Are
Maxer Photonics designs, builds and tests fiber optic and photonic hardware: broadband optical sources, precision measurement instruments, and the components that connect them, for industrial and scientific customers.
Optics, electronics and mechanical engineering all happen under one roof. That's what lets us take a product from an early prototype through to something a customer can actually put into production.

We're based in the Basque Country, a region with a long industrial and technology base, and we've built our lab and production line around one goal: getting a design from a working prototype to something that holds up in the field.
Our mission is to deliver reliable, precisely engineered photonic products — rigorously tested and built to scale from a single prototype to full production — backed by responsive technical support wherever our customers are.
Facilities
Optical assembly and electronics production run in a controlled cleanroom, with temperature, humidity and particulate levels held within tight tolerances — the conditions precision alignment and fiber processing actually need.
